1. Do you have gift packaging?
All of our jewelries are packaged with a beautiful gift box with thank you cards, jewellery care cards and one random selected self love reminder card (handwritten by one of our team members).
2. Can I add a personalised card if I gift it to a friend?
Yes yes and yes! We can definitely help you with that. Just kindly send us an email (info@blossomambition.com) with the words you want to write and your order number right after you make an order on our website. To ensure the best shipping experience, we usually dispatch within 24 hours, so please write us about your request as soon as possible after you make the order.
3. I am gifting someone else, can you not include the receipt?
Yes. We usually do not include the payment receipt in any of the products we sell, unless you need one, you can email us (info@blossomambition.com) with your requirements right after you make an order on our website.
4. Will my jewellery tarnish?
The short answer is yes. We are a sustainable and ethical company and we want to be totally honest with our customers. Most of our jewelleries are made with 925 sterling silver, which is made up of 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent of other metals that form an alloy. Some of those other metals, primarily copper, can cause sterling silver to tarnish over time when they interact with moisture that's in the air. Our gold plated products can tarnish too over time. We adopted the technology of 3-layered thick electroplating to prevent oxidation so it's not easy to rub off.
Some other jewelleries with stainless steels will also tarnish if its plated with other metal, otherwise it won't tarnish.
This is why jewellery care is extremely important, and we include a card in your box with instructions to protect your jewellery. We also include a super cute and convenient jewellery pouch in your box, so you can keep them in the pouch on the go. If you take a good care of them following the instructions on the card, it will last for years.
5. Are you a sustainable company?
Sustainability is one of our core values, and we are always on the way to make our supply chain as sustainable as possible. We do not like plastics. This is why we are using minimalist box and reusable pouch to package our jewelleries. We only use biodegradable mailers, which means you can reuse our mailing bags, and you don't need to dispose them in the recycled bin. They are 100% composable.
